how would i go about doing that? when i try it just cuts part of it off

I don't know, maybe go into paint and try to resize it

By the way, I think it's pretty funny

OK, cut and past the image then go into paint. When you paste it it should ask "do you want to increase the size so that the picture can fit?" (or something like that) and press Yes. Then it should come out full blown size. Then just make the canvas behind the picture smaller
