Hard to Trust any one on Graal now a days. Very sad :(

I don't understand the people who scam renters. If they collect rent weekly, then they'll be making more profit in the long run then just ripping someone off a few hundred g.

The house in Harmonia has about 6 empty rooms. Rent is 50g a week for a small room, 70-g a week for a big room. Contact shorty2dope to rent

Actually he quit Graal, only comes on ocne a week to check his house out. Polaris Dragoon runs his house while he is gone, tell him you want a room and he can get you set up

Well, actually, ther isn't any ROOMS there. I just bought a key cause I wanted a chest close to the mining facility.

I just recently acquired the house next to Safari and I haven't gotten ownership yet because Loriel hasn't been on but rent will be 30g.

If there was actually something to get for renting a room/owning a house besides storing money, more people would be interested in it. I will repeat again.. we need security for houses so that room owners can place items in their rooms without them being stolen by cheaters.. so stefan make it so that items dropped by a player can only be picked up by that key owner and maybe the house owner or something..

This way if you see a good deal at the market for something you can't have 2 of.. like a gold hammer or something.. you could store your hammer in your house, and buy the other then sell it for more and get your old hammer again.. that's like impossible now because I'm not dropping any item anywhere because it will be stolen.

I still think each room should have a shelf where you can place items (like you do at the market) this way people can come in and see all the stuff you have but NOT be able to take it. :)

Or maybe have a chest or locker in each room where people can at least store their items away.

We just need something special for house and room owners because storing money just isn't enough anymore.
