Their houses are public.. now if they have personal rooms in their house and playerhouse features (such as a chest), then they should pay rent.
I don't know, I have never looked at their property..

Although, you can buy land in Bogenera and I can get you a public spot up.
Public spots are rentless. :-) However, my land is expensive.. although, your 6,775 gralats is much more than you would have to pay to buy your land and build. Oh well

you should sell the bogenera lands buy square tiles.

a 10x10(10 tiles by 10 tiles) piece of land would cost like 500G or something and you would have to pay extra to build a 2 story building and stuff
