I cant get on nc..i get a error it says,You need Graal version Graal2001 v2.05 to play this server... here is a screen shot

This error pops up because you are trying to connect to the GServer port (RC & Graal) instead the NPC Server port (NC :P).

well....whoever gave you access to the npcserver. you need either lvl4 rc or added to the nc list in ftp for permission to even get in there.
