Sorry, if it is a dumby question,but i dont know how to use tiles? can you help me? should i put it in a NPC?

look at my level, i want to put some tiles there, but i dont know how to put it,

I like that level. but calm down on the grass bits

and once again tiles are what the level is made of. all the squares u use to make the levels out of are tiles.

if you want to put a image on the lvl make a npc and do this
