Winter Months!

Is it somehow possible to make all of the outdoorsy tiles in Graal covered in snow for the winter months? I'd really like to see this. It's on my wishlist.

Zulithe 11-02-2001 01:39 AM

Possible, yes.

Hey Mister it's only November, slow down

wark2 11-02-2001 02:25 AM

THAT IS SO EASY TO MAKE, with tiles and scripting!

Vinvect 11-02-2001 02:49 AM

Juron Pilo 11-02-2001 02:50 AM

or you could just change the tileset itself temporarily...

Tyhm 11-02-2001 03:28 AM

I posted a snow backpal a while ago. Not difficult, but yeah, changing the tiles would probably be easiest.

Juron Pilo 11-02-2001 08:25 AM

where?

Juron Pilo 11-02-2001 08:26 AM

hehe *gets a normal tileset and replaces all the normal tiles with their snowy counterparts* MWHAHAHA!

Darkspector 11-02-2001 11:03 AM

how about seasons that go by graal time we have this dumb clock that only tells us when the mining and fishing stores are open thats it. If we had winter summer fall and spring it would change useing graal time not our time. Every things our time why not somthing new.

JeffTL 11-03-2001 03:35 AM

Just a tiledef'd be needed, our man Konidias could make snow versions of more stuff :)

And voila, the whole shebang is snowy. Then Stefan could "ice" the river, making it slippery (everyone travels like a bomy on water, unless they have skates)

royce 11-03-2001 07:11 AM

replace all water tiles with ice and we can skate everywhere!

royce 11-03-2001 07:14 AM

i saw that backpal longtime ago...u still needed to fix it...u never did

Tyhm 11-03-2001 08:01 AM

replaceani swim,slide;
And you're set. Just have a gani of the player slipping around uncontrollably on the ice. ^_^

And mleh, I dun feel like revising that backpal. You do it.

royce 11-03-2001 09:10 AM

post it here and i'll edit it!
