NPC Server Scripting!

People are saying when you get FTP, you get the file that teachs you NPC Server Scripting, if so, whoever has that file, can you teach me, or send it to me? Please...... Important Purposes!

It simply gives you the new commands and how not to make it crash, it doesn't teach you npcs-server scripts.
