They DO have access to the ModCP. It is automaticly given when someone is given modship. BUT, only two mods can ban: THT, and Birdbird.

unixmad messed it up, and they can't access it.

*swears* That figures...gah. I could pm him how to fix it, if I knew exactly what he did.. I bet he messed up ismod, ismoderator and the usergroups also, in the MySQL tables...That's how vBulletin check to see if someone has access to the ModCP: ismod, is set for normal moderaotrs, and checks with such things as canban, and canmassmove , etc... ismoderator is set for Super Mods, and Administators...and that allows them to be able to do all that they do (another check is in place, so Super Mods can't access the AdminCP without permission ;) )

It's a problem with sessions.php
