IT JUST SAID, "Another client has loggedn onto your account!!!" THEN D/ED ME AND NOW I CANT LOG ON!!! NO-ONE HAS MY PASS!! WHY IS THIS HAPPENING!!! AM I LIKE BEING HACKED!!!!

You gave password to someone bad or you downloaded a trainer that got your password given to its maker.

The Account in Use problem used to happen to me periodically, even when I didn't give out my password to other people. Sometimes it's a lag problem that causes the server to think your account to be thought to be in use even after you've been disconnected due to lag...Though the Metris bone IS odd...

Did you happen to be playing Metris when you last logged off? And were there any changes to your account, because most hackers don't use stolen passwords to play Metris. ;)

Most likely lag, like people have said. Happens to me every now and then too.
