I have had alot of problems with people stealing other peoples rocks. Since there is no real way to avoid people stealing Rocks, It is now illegal unless Stefan says otherwise.

I have also seen a problem with alot of people using hacking programs lately.
If I see someone using one of this programs, I am jailing you right then and there, no if, ands, or buts.
Don't think I won't notice either. It shows right up on the RC log.

One last thing, and I think I speak for alot of staff on this one.
I have noticed that alot of you guys lack patience.
I have several pms to deal with and alot of matters, so It is real hard for me to speak with you about your problem right away. People get angry after a little amount of time, and think that I am ignoring them. Then they send me another message with swear words and just plain rudness.
That is just the kind of things that will cause me to not wanna help you.
Also, if you are gonna report an incident, please have some kind of proof. (Witnesses, screenshots, something)

If I don't get a chance to talk with you or I am not on, and the police won't help you, email me and send all the proof of the crime or names of witnesses, and I will do my best to help your situation.

I have also talked with several of the Rpers about pkers causing them not to be able to RP...

When I am on and a ROle Playing Event is going on, this will not be tolerated.

I am a big fan of Role Playing and I would be really angry if someone, rudely interupted my Rping.

When people are about to Role Play (this is considered like the same thing as an event)
I will announce not to disturb them. If someone decides to disturb the Role Players, they will be jailed.

What about a rule againts attacking staff? I was miining with my tag on and some players came to me and killed me and took my rocks. >=(

dark man x, you are in absolutely no position to create rules. you are here to enforce the current ones. leave the law making to stefan. i will not enforce any rules you make unless confirmed by stefan.

In this case I have to agree with deetto, it's too much authority for the police chief to be able to make laws, and it's very undemocratic. I listen to the king, not the dictator. ^_^

DMX tries to help RPers and you get all technical about it.

he should help them within his limits. for example, he could say the pkers are harassing the rpers by repeated pking. the pkers will be jailed for 30 minutes and then let out. if they persist, they are jailed for another 30 minutes. easy as that.

Everyone should be informed of the rules, and if anyone intentionally disrupts people role-playing they should be jailed for different amounts of time depending on what they did.
If we're doing an RP event and we start to get attacked why should we have to wait until they attack us a lot and call it harassment to have them jailed?

I think it will take more than 30 minutes for me to break 500 rocks.

I don't want to be technical, I want to protect Roleplayers too, it's just that nobody wants the police tchief to be able to invest powers in himself.

Umm.. Role Playing is the same thing as an Event

Disrupting a Rule Playing Event will result in the same as an Event.

I didn't make up any rules, and it would be nice if Stefan would give me some rules...

The mining rocks thing is being enforced until stefan says otherwise.

People aren't whining, they are just trying to have a little fun. Role Playing is also educational in a way.

There is more to Graal than Pking.

I use to be onea the biggest pkers in Graal a long long time ago, but I don't any more. Why? It is boring and I found more interesting things to do, Role Playing is one of them.
