Santerrain and all houses, farming lands, dojos, castles located there is the official property of the Samurai Kingdom and/or Former Emperor TrueHeaT, therefore you cannot start any business within Santerrain without the explicit written permission of Emperor Wing or Empress Lyndzey or Former Emperor TrueHeaT, a royal seal and an Emperor/Empress or Former Emperor TrueHeaT's signature must be on that document or else it is null and void. Exceptions are as followed: Houses, Farming Lands.

A tax of 7% of total money made from any enterprise that is in the Samurai Kingdom by the end of the (real) week, failure to do so will have your business suspended until payments are made. If you are found to be lying about total profit you will be persecuted by the Samurai Kingdom and tried under an unbiased Judge and Jury consisting of your peers.

maybe I (as Emperor TrueHeaT) should return from my voyage an old man, but slightly insane and too unfit to completely control Samurai, but can makes decisions and stuff. or to just control it with wing and dante

damnit it you wernt so new you would have realised that we already have a dojo in samurai but it isnt that good and you shouldnt be instructor a high samurai member like True Heat (you where awsome emperor why did you leave come back), Lyndzey or Wing or even me.
