Tupper has a 1.28 server so I go get an account and set my nick to "isn't this illegal?" then the account is deleted he aims me and says oh it was taken down. I go on the guest account and he is like WTF? how are you on?

from what i know
1.28 is legal to have cause it is very old

Running a 1.28 server is against the rules. However, I doubt Stefan or unixmad will read this thread...

If it was illegal, why would they have attatched the file(s) then? I mean, if they even THOUGHT it would become illegal, why would they attatch the files in the .zip(s)?
