Okay i go on icq and get umpteen amount of msgs ranging from msgs from admins to players of graal.

Lets start with the msgs from the players of graal.

Each one said to come on graal for a protest to get lycia fired.

The admin one just proved how lazy he was.

This brought me to thinking about other admins besides lycia. Why are we protesting to get lycia fired? When almost all the other admins do basically nothing for G2K1.

I can think of 3 admins who actually do work to try to make G2K1 better while the rest of the work is being done by the players.

The other admins just care about keeping their admin positions and getting their asses kissed. I'm dead serious about this too. Hardly any work is being done by a lot of them but yet they keep their positions and people continue to kiss their asses.

Lets start off with a few of them.

Bhala, unknown to the graalian population when he became Guild Admin. I msg him a few days ago about him not making Roleplayers INC a guild and he replied to me today saying he hasn't been online all week. Then i come to find he still hasn't made it a guild and this is the 6th day and the manager said it would be accepted within a week. Yet he retains his position and im sure people are kissing his ass to be on his good side.

Zorro, never on yet loved by the graalian population enough said.

Stefan, loves helping graal community actually does his job.

Drakaden, actually works and gets paid for it.

Hawk, only cares about getting more and more power. Always on but never on to take complaints. He's on graal one day and has Hawk-Working on all day and i see him do absolutely nothing all day. Then later on he asks everyone whether he should be allowed to handle G2K1 accounts? He ends up being able to. I was the only person who said no. Such a great guy.

Hawk- can do guilds, accounts, and bugs but yet is always working so we can never give him our complaints about our guilds, accounts, or bugs how nice.

Lycia, enough said.

Then when these people do get replaced they get replaced by people who have already held positions of power so no one new can ever get the chance to earn the respect of the graalians. I will go now bye.

If that is referring to me wanting the Assistant Account Admin position, then that is very dumb.

It's a very important position, and it comes with a lot of power.

That's probably the best decision ever.

Game when you first became GP you had no experience working with graal. Maybe you helped gservers but that was just 8 people at a time not 400. You see people don't start out with experience people need to get that. If you just gave positions to people with experience working for graal the best person suited for it is Lycia because she has held the most positions and has had the most experience.

Asst Accounts Admin is a BIG step up from GP, though.

The position is much more important.

Everyone has to start somewhere. Bhala (even though he sux ass at his job) went from player to guild admin. Also, are you saying THT would be a bad choice for Asst. Accounts Admin? He has never held a position in graal before.

I don't want to be an admin or assistant admin.
Accounts Admin doesn't need an assistant, we just need an accounts admin that is online and does his job.

You should start out as a GP/LAT/FAQ before getting an ADMIN position.

Umm i can never be GP because of previous experiences with Peach. I will never be FAQ because i don't have connections with the FAQ chief. Also, I don't have time to be LAT because i do not have enough patience to make levels for my graal career so i guess im screwd bai.

We just fire all our current admins, because they "don't do anything" and then we still try to keep Graal running.
Even though you do say yourself that Hawk doesn't do anything, if he is good at finding and reporting bugs then it's understandable that you think he isn't doing anything because then the bugs are solved before someone else is able to find them.
Although I do agree that an admin should at least come on for an hour every day just to check if there is anything he or she still needs to do.

They don't need to be fired but they need to be disciplined more. I mean this has become a pay server now. If i pay for a game it should be maintained with the utmost importance. I mean why have admins when they do nothing. Someone should get on their asses and make them start working.

Newbie admins are good. They have an energy oldbie admins lack.
When I started on LAT, I could generate 70 levels and level fixes a day, easily.
Now I don't even have ideas anymore. All I ever do is administrative crap, fixes, and upload other LATs' stuff.

Fortunately, that seems to be the LAT Admin's JOB, to handle so much administrative crap you can't do levels, so I guess it's better I take it than someone who would ordinarily be making levels...
