I have never been great at inside levels. Could someone give me some input on what to add to decorate this more?

Nice, need to change the seats though cause they are outside seats (hense have grass on the edges)

I think its a bit plain, try adding some more floor tiles

Plain levels are good, make a border around objects using a dark tile, also use an image for the seats to remove the green, since that stands out alot on a dark gray background
