This is an EXCELLENT game.. but it keeps freezing ! The game froze 4 times in 1 hour today =(
Does anyone else have this problem with Tribes 2, or is it just me? =/

Make sure you meet the system requirements.

If you do, update your video card's driver. That solves most of these kinds of problems.

I meet the minimum requirements as well as the recommended requirements. I already updated my video card's driver yesterday..

Try updating DirectX.
Also, which version of Windows do you have, and how fast is your internet connection?

Finally, does it freeze the entire system or just the program? If it's the program only, you might need a patch.

I have DirectX8a, I have Windows 2000 Professional, and I have a Cable Modem.

There are a hell of alot of glitches in that game you'll just have to wait em out =[

It definitely looks like it's bugs in the game, so wait for a patch.

I just dislike futuristic games a lot.
Well, except star wars. Star wars (well, not episode one) had a western feel, that was great.
