Can no longer login

Hello,
as some of you might have noticed, I didn't login with this account for a long time. This is due to an issue I'm having while logging in, as you can see in the following video;

While I'm still able to login at graalonline.com, no matter which password I enter, whether it be the right one or not, the client returns me to the login screen.
I have this issue with any computer and even when using my mobile phone as hotspot, leading me to the assumption that there is something wrong with my account. I can still access any other account of mine. (I have been playing with my alt krossi2)

Furthermore, not recieving any e-mails at all that ask me to whitelist my PC, not sure if I still have that protection enabled.

Since I've contacted MysticalDragon and the graal support 2 months ago without any response and unixmad, I hope someone else can help me to resolve this issue.

I've had that happen to me a few times because my ip wasnt listed in my ranges. My client would just return like yours with out giving me an error. I only found out of the error from trying to log in from rc, which does return an error.

Sucks that you're not getting support. :(

Was you ever staff on a IOS Server, to me it looks like your IP Ranges are not listed so your being booted out. The iPhone System uses global IP ranges for authentication oppose to local IP ranges. So if your IP is not set, or incorrect you will get this error. I'll see if we can get it fixed for you (If its the global IP Range issue).

Edit:
I contacted support in charge of accounts, and it seems you don't have any global IP Range set (They reset the IP anyways just incase). However I'm thinking it could be your connection. Did you try with another connection.

also please try to use [email protected] if you haven't already tried. They answer tickets as soon as they can, sometimes these tickets get lost in spam.

I've also had this problem for some time now, tried contacting PWAs through forums, sending e-mails to support and making tickets but no help as of yet.
