Can't access my account via client
 

Can anyone help me? I'm unable to log into the client but can log into the website and forums!

I'm a returning player unable to return >_<

What happens exactly? And when did you last download the client?

The screen goes black, and then just boots me back to the login screen.

I can login via guest though.

I downloaded the client last week and it has the update.

Thought i'd best add the fact that the e-mail used for my account was an old ntlworld one which has since been wiped off the world wide web by virginmedia.

It's harder to get an e-mail change on graal than it is to fly to the moon with you bare hands

I've tried contacting support, that was over 2 weeks a go now. Nobody replied :/
If the problem was due to being a new PC id (I don't think it is) would the only way to allow this PC be via email?

It's a phenomenon which people have been reporting ever since the first V6, and it has become more common since the anti-VPN updates. Unfortunately your chances of getting help on this now are essentially zero.

I have the same situation but still can use my old non-existent email to log in to anything graal related.
