Just watched this. That looks awesome. The shadow effects really caught my eye, had to rewind and watch it again a time or two. I also really liked the walking down the stairs through the door action. The small details really pull everything together!

As always this is very nice. I too saw the shadow effect and was impressed. Keep up the great work.

Really nice work, wish Graal as a whole were in better shape so more could see and appreciate your work.

I'm currently trying to defeat Voluran. He is way too difficult. He should have a stun animation after you land a hit and a cooldown after he tracks you across an area. Right now if he lands on top of you (which he will, he is twice as fast as you), it is literally impossible to get away from him without taking multiple hits. It is like he ignores the stun detection when the player takes damage too. It is absolutely too unforgiving.

There's a fairly easy "move and slash" mechanism for defeating Voluran, you can even do it without being hit once when you'e used to it. There's also a "trick" involving the pillars that can considerably reduce his health before he begins rushing you.

hm, dont think ive done this one yet

Yeah you can use the pillars and NPCs. I did that. I think the most frustrating part is where I'd press S to swing my sword but would just get damaged and knocked back without doing the animation. I assume this is some sort of bug.

This boss doesn't fit in with the whole Zelda aesthetic that is going on, and it's difficulty relative to the whole dungeon is pretty jarring.

But don't get me wrong, the dungeon was great, it introduced a lot of different gameplay mechanics (some I thought weren't used enough, it was sort of weird to see few pieces used once).

blame thor's hit detection

It's legitimately cancer.

serverside hd + server in europe = good times

Nabru 08-19-2016 07:18 PM

I don't know why he even keeps his version, Stefan is gone. It's not like MD is ever going to let classic back on the list anyway
