Happy Hour (Daily)
 

Let's introduce happy hour with Christmas coins. Everyday activate the happy hour but announce when it will happen so everybody is pumped and ready for it.

How this will happen... It's simple, every snowmen you kill drops a Christmas coin. No, people wont get huge bundles of Christmas Coins because it's not like there is unlimited amount of snowmen. Only so many spawn after they have been killed. The amount of players running around killing them will balance things out and make things fair.

Just seems like a fun thing to do.

I think this would be a good idea, but the fact they made coal like a 90% drop rate now I would assume that the staff team was trying to introduce less not more.

I don't like this idea. We don't know how good the items in the other Christmas shops will be, this could potentially deal devastating damage to the economy.

Like i said, you wont gain a huge amount of Christmas coins as everybody will be out killing snowmen in that hour. You will only gain a few coins as you'll have everybody out killing them and people trying to kill you for your coins of the snowmen you kill.

Also if you look at the prices of the Christmas items, hats 500 coins etc it wont damage anything. Also what is damaging the economy? I'm pretty sure the economy is already damaged by the huge influx in money everybody and their dogs is rich now so who cares about effecting the economy.

It's only a fun thing to do.

No because if you can read properly you will see in the property extension thread that i do not even own a house, what's your point?

This was merely an idea to bring a bit of excitement/buzz to the server, not much else happens. I couldn't care less about having any items you must understand that.

Not to mention any thread that i have seen of yours was only for your benefit. Hypocrite.

im just saying i saw you're other thread complaining about Christmas item prices and wanting more coins because it took you forever to get 100.

then all of a sudden a thread about a happy hour to get easy coins for people who have tons of spare time to play era get bored and want advantages.

No you're judging and assuming something when you have absolutely no idea. My point is that it took me a long time to get 100 coins after spending hours killing snowmen. What about the guys who cant afford so much ammo, who doesn't have good weapons etc etc to get x amount of coins? It goes back to your point of the rich & poor. .. Make your mind up.. How they going to afford such prizes when the rich are struggling to gain a lot of coins.

wait you shoot snow men that dont move?

i just cut them down with melee in seconds for free there must clsoe to 10 melee items by now i dont keep track.

also there are a weps like crizen free ammo. and holiday items are not meant to change economy problems its just a little holiday benefit to get "rare items".

again not meant to make anyone rich but increase "fun" since it does come back every year.

This is why you always had the gap between rich and poor that everyone talked about. You make everything easier for the rich to obtain but all the new kids suffer and miss out. What is noob friendly about this Christmas items at all?

You seem to forget there is players on this game who don't use LW's and use uzis. Not to mention most of them cant even win events. how do you expect them to work their way towards earning so many coins?

This is CHRISTMAS why is everything so expensive? This is for EVERYBODY stop trying to introduce "rare this and that". It's not making super awesome pricey items, it's about giving everybody gifts and nobody misses out. That's the idea behind Christmas, you guys have it all wrong.

The way things like this work is; If you just give everybody an item, eventually that item will become Rare because people will sell it, people will lose them some-how, people will quit with them, everybody grabs a "Christmas Bow" and by the end of the year, those Christmas Bow's will be 100k each, the next year; 300k and depending on what it actually does and how good it is; it could reach 1mil within 3 years.

Items that aren't obtainable 24/7 all year round will eventually become exclusive, so releasing items for 1000000 coins so they are "rare" is silly, it's only going to make it rare for 5 days then no one will give a **** because the guy who bought it thinks its so rare its worth 6million.

Only one hat is 500 coins... the others aren't even half that. If you don't want to buy this hat then don't; we aren't forcing you to.

Coins have been available for 4 days, they will remain available for 15 more days... if you don't have enough by now I'm sure you will.

Events were just a extra little thing. You get a coin for being on a winning team too. A majority of your coins will come from snowmen that don't move or fight back; and most of them can't even be accessed yet because they're trapped inside presents.

Stop crying like a child when you don't get your way.

Like i said, i wouldn't buy the hat if they were 15 coins. Where are you balancing or getting your prices from? Why is this hat worth 500 and the other 175 coins? Where do you get the price range from? Can you answer that....

I'm not crying like a child. I'm just thinking about the guys who play this server who never get a shot at getting anything good. You guys only release events, updates or whatever that the rich cant take advantage of. This is CHRISTMAS it's not about making joe bloggs richer than he already is.

Destroying snowmen and playing events aren't in any way restricted to any group of players. What does wealth have to do with your ability to login and melee snowmen that are randomly spawned and drop items randomly including presents with random prizes?

Destroying snowmen can be done by anyone but with 500hp it's a LOT easier for the rich guys. You not think 500 HP for the new kids on the block who don't buy LW's because they're now 10-15k a pop. Only have weaker guns etc. It's going to take them a hell of a lot longer to gain these items the snowmen drop than somebody like us. Winning events doesn't give Christmas coins anymore i have been told, you could correct me on that if i am wrong. If they do it comes back to them being new players, like they're going to win many events.

Christmas is about everybody, people shouldn't be left out. You're making it "work hard get rewarded" but since when was Christmas about that? It never was. That is not the Christmas spirit at all.

You can tell the prices weren't thought out very well, we can all agree on that. The time you spend killing these snowmen getting these coins you could have made a bucket load of money by mining or trash picking and could have bought these items 100 times over.

Stop with the releasing highly expensive rare stuff that never stays rare for ridiculous prices that only good players can get.

Just use a melee weapon. You REALLY don't know what you're doing by the sound of it. SS and LS can take out a Snowman in under ten seconds easily. Even Fireman's Axe does it fairly quickly. Why would you shoot them?

yeah i use my pencil picker on them. takes around 15 seconds lol.
