Creating a global guild in 2014 (work-around)
 

Hey there,

I've read a few recent(ish) threads saying how people aren't able to get their global guilds up-and-running since the "Pending" list isn't updating/is broken. While this is true, not all hope is lost! It is still possible to create a global guild in 2014 :)

Step 1: Purchase a Gold subscription with "gelats" (Note: You can buy in smaller increments using the SuperRewards offer at the top)

Step 2: Go to your Guild CP and select the "Submit a new guild" option.

Step 3: Once you set this up, go back to your Guild CP and select your guild.

Step 4: Once you've selected your guild from the guild CP, check your URL to identify your unique guild ID. (See image below)

Step 5: Add your unique guild ID number to the end of this link:

Example- If your gid was 11232 the link would look like this:
http://graalonline.com/guilds/viewgu...ll=0&gid=11232


Step 6: Send your guild applicants to the link you just created, once you have 10 members (including yourself), send an email to [email protected] with the subject title "Guild Activation". He's very quick to respond.

So sad, fix the guild CP already. I know cash money iPlayers don't use it, but it would be nice for the ~20.5 players that still use global guilds.

(also worth noting that while upgraded to gold i have not even been able to create a guild within the cp, therefore the "solution" of emailing someone to approve it would not be sufficient)

Hmm. Not sure what to say there! I was able to create one in the CP about 2 weeks ago on my alternate account.

The trouble is now, that almost no servers support global guilds anymore. Unholy Nation and Zodiac seem to be the only servers using global guilds. I was unable to confirm val as it just kept sending me back to login server. And I wouldn't be surprised if more servers abandoned global guilds. I was devastated when Graal Kingdoms disabled it forcing me to create a clan.

I would like global guilds to come back.

It was nice meeting new people on tag, you always talked to them even if you didn't know them. Isn't that a big part of Graal?

is it not possible to meet new people on tag using local guilds?

also worth noting that the login server gives players the weapon '-GuildCP'

Nice thread, really should be stickied. I bet the iOS community could utilize global guilds if they worked properly.

Global guilds on delteria are enabled although they have no extra perks besides being just a tag.

Oh sorry I didn't know. I logged on with my tag on I thought and it removed it.
