Desktop Icon with v6

Is there a way to create a desktop icon like this:

Note: I am using windows 8, dunno if that effects it.

I should have been more specific.
Pinning shortcuts to the Start Menu (live tiles) is cake. But I'm having issues making my shortcut connect right to a server, skipping the log-in and server select.
