Kingdoms Halloween Bug

Got the Abhorrent Box and went outside of the Halloween dungeon to burn it and it was empty. I'm guessing it's because I was on Event Island? It happened around 12:25 AM GMT -7.

Oh I didn't know they were sometimes empty, thanks for the info.
