Cannot login on Graal PC
 

Hello, I've been having a problem logging on client with this error message:

'The Owner of this account has received an email and needs to approve this computer.'


The email that I used to use is unavailable now, so I wanted to link it to a new email. Is that possible?

I've also never gotten this message before, and a few of my friends who also have classic accounts have never gotten this ever.

Send an e-mail to [email protected] with proof of ownership of the account and request the new e-mail that way.

proof of ownership is paypal statement when account was purchased. and recent transaction records between paypal and graal..
or statement from your cc. with graals transaction number
