Minor PM Bug

Okay, this bug is a tad strange.

I was speaking to a friend and she used a :D smile.

It seems like there's a refresh problem with the window or something of the sort?

Here's a video (Up to 720p for absolutely no reason other than I was bored) to show what I mean.

Any reasons or solutions?

This was an optimisation to reduce redraw operations. In the next version this should refresh correctly though.
