Approve Email Message
Every time I log on Graal I need to approve my email, however my external RC works?
Can you remove the stupid ID protection from my account. I tried emailing [email protected] and [email protected] but had no reply. |
Sounds like you don't have a static IP address. Did you set your account to be protected by your pc id also?

Open a new client, on top of the displayed server news you'll see "Account protected by pc id". Set to yes and this may remove your problem.

Hm. I can't get passed login screen when I click the "Start" button on my client to login, it pops up the message to check and approve my computer in my email. I am not getting any email. I read in several other threads that it is some id protection thing.
Bell? Tig? Anyone help me? At the moment I cannot help iEra develop content and we have some deadlines coming up. I would really appreciate it if someone can help me. |
The lost password feature is not working and the emails telling you "someone connected with another PCID" ain't ending up in my inbox either, so it seems like the mail server malfunctions at the moment.

i don't know if someone fixed it or not but i am now able to login.

Changing passwords and related things are working again.
