Feel free to choose between SNES or the arcade versions. As for details, I'll send you a message due to this forums rules. (Sorry, misinterpreted the phrase 'Beat em' up") In that case I'll go with Knights of the Round (Not removing my favorite fighter though) |
Final Fight series
Battletoads & Double Dragon was pretty cool too |
This belongs in NGRT section. o_o And what do you mean Beat'em up game? Like Street Fighters? or more like Boxing? or Gauntlet Legends?

River city ransom. Killer controls and some very quirky rpg elements tossed in.

Guardian Heroes is good but obscure and expensive and a pain to emulate Sega Saturn games (or atleast it used to be)
My favorite beat-em-up is actually Ganon's Castle from ALTTP. The game actually switches focus from puzzle-solving to straight pure action for the entire dungeon, which is the only time I ever remember that happening in a Zelda game. As for your second question, my favorite classic arcade game in general? It might actually be The Simpsons. |
