Event takes my head away
 

Basically i joined a infection event, not knowing what it would be exactly. i play it and when i get out, my head was changed to default. so now i cant use the headcode that i worked hard on that matched my body. i dont wanna go through the frustration of doing gralat rewards. ive done it 3 times already. and when i finally finish, i have to sweep my computer of cookies, malware, and all this other stuff. the head code was a personal upload that ive always used. is there any way a mod could change it back? and maybe make the gametypes that change ur body and/or head not available to trials.

Trials not being able to wear custom heads is a global thing, not just for Era. You keeping your old head after your gold ran out was a glitch.

If Era cares about their trials they'll update their scripts so they don't **** with their heads.

im hoping they put my head code back on my char too. one of the big reasons i played graal was because of the custom looks. without it, there is really no point to play it. its just not the same. i really dont wanna do adds again for the 4th time and also have to deal with other stuff due to doing them. but if i cant get it back, im gonna quit. before on my other account which was doom12 i believe. i went offline for a few months and when i got back my account was deleted. they didnt know what happened to it at all. the account had 4 pro builds on zodiac (ranger, mage, scout, priest). i sent soo many emails to the support team and in the end, they said they couldnt figure it out. so i had to make this account. i played graal since i was about 17. i am now turning 21 in 3 days. so that would be about 4 years ive been playing graal. whenever it came to something problem wise relating to my account, it always ended up unresolved. so basically, im about to give up. just give all my stuff to my old bud i played graal with since iclassic. guess there is always minecraft and terraria

If you're not down to get free subscriptions from SuperRewards you can always hop on Zodiac and buy gelat codes, it's still legal there I believe.

I don't see why if you care so much about your hobby here you can't throw 4.99 to a phone transaction or swipe mommy's CC as a x-mas present.

Cause globally, that's how the head stuff is supposed to work.

i have other priorities in life. spending money here is not one of them. this is just something i do for fun

Alfonso (Dragon551) is actually right. It is indeed a glitch when your subscription service completes a cycle. The only real way you can get it back is via upgrading your account to benefit from such perks. Head limitations are a global thing, not an Era thing, so if it still works the way it did when I first saw it introduced, not even staff on a server can set it through script, RC (admin tools) or anything like that as it does a check for what's updated when something changes and reverts anything limited that was changed to an "illegal" value based on subscription status. The glitch here being that your player attributes were not changed during your transition back into Trial mode, therefore no checks were made.

That said, either Era needs to enforce a manual check (which they shouldn't HAVE to do, but in this case should consider as an option) upon login for subscription status and apply the changes that should apply where this glitch in the system occurs, or remove forced attribute changing from events such as Outbreak (The event in question).

I'm deeply sorry to hear about the experience with your old account. I sorta feel like most of us here have been screwed by global support once or twice in our times..

That being said..either stop complaining or quit. The rules about heads have been in place (globally, as TSA said) for a long time. The fact that you skirted by for a while on a glitch is something you should appreciate and move past.

Starbound comes out soon, could just migrate there.
