Animate Weapon

Animated weapon moves at close to light speed... I don't remember it doing so back when I was using it in like 05. Is it possible to fix this? It should move at the same speed as other summons (avatar, elementals, golems)

afaik it's based on your level, most of them move fast when you're all 107 in the relevant skill.
