Cannot connect after getting disconnected?
 

Whenever my internet goes down while playing on the Graal6 client, I get back on and I cannot connect back to the server for 30 minutes or so through the client. I'm able to connect to other servers with the client, just not Era iPhone.

Also, I can connect fine through the facebook app or my iPad during this downtime; and I can get on through the RemoteControl2 client. Graal6 however, just gives me the message: "Connecting to the Login server..." after I type in Era iPhone and hit Enter.

After 30 mins or so, it's fine, but it's a major inconvenience when I'm in the middle of developing something and I gotta sit and wait.

I originally thought it was just me, but I've heard others on RC say they have the same problem.

Graal6: Latest version.

Sounds like some hacker protection, best to speak with Snk.

Sounds like the same problem me and several other people have had on Graal the Adventure.
Doesn't seem to be the client though since we use different versions, and it can't be a new hacker protection because it hasn't been updated recently.

Yes, I had this happen to me when I accidentally unplugged my ethernet cable, although it let me on other accounts, just not the one that was logged on at the time I disconnected myself.

This same problem is happening to other people on Zodiac now as well.

This was happening to me, then I tried logging on a guest, which succeeded, after that I was able to log on my main account again.
The same worked for someone else.

I get this problem sometimes when i try my first login. :p

sometimes it doesn't even let me login.

I will debug it, it doesn't seem to happen often but still should not happen.

Seems to me it's the main thing people have been complaining about since it started, also it DOES seems to happen quite often.

I'd like to add that it seems to happen to me after I've been logged in for awhile and then get disconnected for some reason, like when my RC crashes because I forget and try and open something up in RC (No idea whats going on there).

We have restarted Unholy Nation and Era, changed a few things to improve this and also added some logging in case it happens again.

This just happened to one of my staff members on Zodiac, his account doesn't show up in the player-list but the disconnect command still works and says it disconnected his account but he still can't connect.

This is still happening to me atleast once or twice a day for a few weeks now.

on my first try i can get in fine, but upon losing connection; i'll be unable to connect to the login server. :(

This used to happen to me all the time on europa.

It's planned that all servers will be updated on Friday to fix this problem.
