Launch Date Announcement
 

Incase anyone has missed the video, for the sake of a formal announcement Classic will be going live on Wednesday September 5th, at approximately night time GMT, afternoon EST.

The server will officially be named back to Graal the Adventure, though this does not mean we're abandoning the term Classic. A comparison can be made with the server most people know as Graal2001 being presented as Bomy Island/Moon.

There will be a small period on the day prior to launch where the server will be staff-only, to conduct some final maintenance. Quest progress reset is explained within this thread:

Congrats. This is what, the second server to come back after going UC? I don't see it going back there either. You and the rest of the development staff have done an excellent job.

looking forward to a classic server with active management and development. i hope a lot of this server will focus on pking/spars/guild activity, instead of a bunch of hat restocks like unholy nation.

That sounds like an internal code name sort of thing. You know, sifting through a couple thousand folders until you finally encounter "classic_playerworld" and think to yourself: "YES! This is that pretty gem I was looking for. What a terrible code name."

Congradulations everyone ^~^ It feels so great to see all of our hard work finally pay off. Thor, you did great despite all the negative feedback at the start and throughout development. Personally, I wouldn't want another manager

Congratulations! Are y'all releasing the next part of the quest a long with it going Classic?

There's still a few more foundations to lay before quest development will be the main focus again. For example we still have to implement card collecting/trading, and there are plans for a local guilds system, which would be followed by a guild fort and possibly other activities.

There going to be fortifications and traps you could place down? Because that would be awesome. Setting up a couple of those turrets from one of the previous quests and blast people as they try to invade would be a lot of fun. :D
