Everytime i try to open it says "told to use graal file cache, but can't open filenamecache.txt then says this Could not start editor: boost::filesystem::basic_directory_iterator constructor: Access is denied: "C:\$Recycle.Bin\S-1-5-18" what does this mean.

Don't really understand you fully and i've never had this problem but if FILENAMECACHE.txt does not exist in your graal folder create a blank text document and save it in your graal directory as FILENAMECACHE.txt and see if it works.

I'm not sure, maybe someone else could help you more.

Welp, yeah, that happens if you point the editor at C:\ or a similar wrong location as the Graal directory. It should probably catch errors like that and let you pick a new directory though.
The solution right now is to find the file "preferences" in around
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\gonstruct and delete it (on Windows 7).
