Graal Kingdoms downtime

Why is GK down? Is there a particular reason and if so, what is it? Saying, it's down, doesn't help me understand why it is so. ;)

The SQL Databases crashed on several servers, so peoples mud-account got reseted, for example mine on Valikorlia. So the same happened on GK and several people got accidently resetted. tig shut it down to fix this, i hope it will come back asap..

Damn, well I hope anyone who got affected gets restored. I'm guessing this would be very easy if everyone frequently did /save.
