Is this even used anymore?
It's been a week since my friend sent a message & still no response.

They like when you have to wait, so when you get a response, you feel grateful

Time to spread overly negative information and call graal support inadequate while unanimously agreeing and repping each other.

Also chime in from said support globals who don't know vvhat OP is talking about, say OP is flat out lying, or say that only Stefan/unixmad can resolve problem.

Good luck, I contacted just about everyone (including emails, forum PMs, in-game PMs, etc) on Graal about my problem and it's been more than two months. I have been forgotten. :\

We check support. Sometimes we need to get into contact with other staff members before we can deliver any sort of response (especially with bans). We have also been trying to get another support staff member added for several months now but we have been unable to get the person added because Stefan needs to approve it. C'est la vie.
