A pics1 made of nightmares
 

So I had a great idea. Take the method I used to upscale my LttP tree and do it to the pics1 tree!

Well it didn't go as well as I had thought... I guess I forgot the method I used because it looks waaaaaay more creepier than the LttP tree ever did.

Maybe I'll try it again and see if I can get the more subtle texturing from the LttP tree down.

It's really nice, but it'd really need a top to match o_o

Original seems to be a big clash between detailed and undetailed, works quite well with Classic's improved original though:

I agree with Jazz, the last 3 look the best.. but just need to be re-worked / re-coloured.
