Tim has denied Mesh the position of Development Admin many times already. Tim is doing a decently good job as far as I can see. Mesh is more than capable of managing a development team though, and it should pull some strain off Tim for sure.

Mesh can and has managed servers before, he can develop and lead developers.

The only downside is he sucks at it... to be totally honest, the servers he's run have all fallen flat in months if not weeks. Probably because it's impossible to work with him (he just got added to the main server and is demanding Dev Admin/running private polls for people to PM globals to make him Manager).

At least he does something, unlike Zach. But right now I don't see anyone on the current staff team capable of Managing, or even Co-Managing Era.
But seeing as how the past dozen or so Co-Managers were utter jokes, I wouldn't be surprised.

Tim has good intentions, but from what I hear, he may be trying to hard. He has a lot of pressure, so give him a break somewhat. But first thing first, he needs to get far away from Gabe (who may also have good intentions, but intervenes almost as much as Alf getting rejected by women/men, which is way to much). Trouble arises when he is in the picture!

1.) Gabe honestly doesn't understand that he is a complete and total psychopath, no matter how often and intensely I reassure him.
