Unfit manager on Era
 

now Tim has shown to me how unfit of a manager he is. Here why

1. He hire Chris Vimes back - ok i didn't play Chris Era while he was manager but i heard all about it. I can see y he would hire him back sort of don't get it when he is corrupt and shown in the past.

2. He hire Ocelot back - now hes a oldbie let me tell u about him he got hire as a PR. while Ocelot was manager on Era He bans me for not giving him Jenn myspace. He refuse to unban me until I given him it. Every night he got on RC drunk and did stupid corrupt things every night. when i got ban for that or want to know anything about Ocelot YY,TSAdmin and Houdiniman was present he got remove as manager due Houdiniman gave him a choice to stepdown or will be remove tonight when that happen. He also remove people from Player business with no questions ask and gave the people he was cool with owners of them.

3. Tim he has updated things if u want to call it that. He pretty much came out with a new gmap with nothing new on it. just more messy levels

the mall system was very useless as long the item trader is still around the mall is worthless. Just with the actions i have seen Tim isn't making really good decisions as manager of era. I'm not the only person that can see this.

Waiting on Tig to handle this Rehire Staff that are Corrupt as hell for ERA...

All these points don't make any sense. 1.
Chris Vimes is abusive yes, though he is a great developer worth giving another chance. From what i heard Chris is watched closely and he knows that.

2. Hiring ocelot back is a might be a bad choice but, you're saying he should be fired because of some bad experience you had with him?

3. 'Tim he has updated things if u want to call it that.' This is the most disturbing part to me. If you would just see howmuch Tim does in 1 night. Tim is not abusive like all other managers, and he is like the only one that shows work. The gmap is messy yes, Why dont you show some initiative and help them fix it sending in a ticket.

chris can do whatever he wants really, and tbh in the long wrong era is probably better with him than without him, despite the crooked things he gets away with.

ocelot is awesome and an asset to era.

How many second chances has cbk been given? I feel like it's been at least 3 now. I guess 'better the devil that you know' applies here for Era.

uploading levels on a gmap just the looks of building isn't updates.. the mall is useless as long the item trade system is still up and running. Y pay 10k to sell items when u can do it for free.. also there's a lot of developers that cant even get a job on Era due because of there history on era ban history wise. but certain people goes beyond that.
Also Tim gives out free hats aka any Kuriittiou tophats to the family for free...
due 3 people told me they don't buy due they ask Tim for hats.. so idk how you can say hes a good manager

and know its true cause those hats haven't been stocked in forever and all of sudden people in the family got every color
when i haven't even seen in so many years when there newly players

with ocelot he shouldn't be fired he shouldn't never been hired!!!!!!!

i explain to him he responds LAWLS what a idiot .... this is really unprofessional in my eyes
i finally got Repo the only PR on here to even look into the logs and c what he can do about it...

so idk how u can sit here saying Tim is the best manager ever when hes not even close to a good manager

I said 'another chance'. he has used a lot of them through the years.

he didn't uploud 'levels on a gmap' he uplouded the gmap with it's levels.
Also, you obviously don't see the point of the mall. You can just put your items in there for the 10k and logoff. When you log on again someone might have bought it while you were doing something usefull with your life(or not). That way you don't have to be online all the day to sell an item.

I think hats should be free for everyone except for personal uploaded ones.

Gives you the ability to pick exactly the outfit that you like.

... TheRuckus please stay on topic i don't care about the mall theres a bigger picture that i want to be focus on. and yes the gmap is just new building pretty much. everything is the same nothing new just levels look different the end...

theres actually less things on the gmap then the old gmap at least i could still play at the casino's with the old gmap now i cant.
even everything is still in the same spot as before or slightly around the same area.

ok well lets see if u honestly think about it. What did Tim do to the gmap due im 100% sure the gmap was uploaded was the one that Alf and Zeus made when they were manager on era due when i had RC on Era Dev it was there. all They pretty much did was make some tiles better.

so what has Tim done since hes been manager ?
make a few tiles and the mall system ?
im just saying theres a bigger picture i want focus here

It appears he's only been Manager for about 3 months, so I think you need to **** off for at least 6 more months before you decide that he needs to be ousted.

Tim also made the Shop System. and im no 'ass kisser' since im banned on era. I just think you're saying alot of useless stuff. You obviously dont have ANY good statements.

Tell me what have you done to make era a better place? Swearing to some new players? Please, Look at yourself before your going to judge someone else.

I've seen Tim work on a few events (turned out great), avdertisement board, a tutorial among other things. But HEY who the heck screwed with all the events before leaving? fix Musical Chairs! it's been 4 months now since I asked the ETA to do something about it!

TheRuckus how do u know u hardly get on era. please i want to focus on y he keeps hiring corruption staff and yes i could do something good for era and help out but I cant get hired due of my ban history but maybe if i was corrupt i could get back on the staff team.

And i try i went out of my way revamp Egg Roll Shack and try to get it up but Tim keeps putting it off.

and yes i understand i did a lot of crap on Era which im not proud of
but i have enough since to not hire all these corrupt staff back.

I also made a vampire Gang throw some idea to have a RP feel to gangs to do raids ect with
something new but that was turn down too. You don't know how much i try to help era out
but can't help if they don't want to accept open arms
