A formal report given from a wounded initiate from the Cult of the Sun:

Every year the Cult of the Sun performs a ritual to bring warmth and life back to the barren, frozen world. Without performing the required rites, the world will be engulfed in an eternal sheet of ice and snow. Also during this time the Sun’s entity, the Bringer of the Sun transcends to earth from the heavens to lead the ritual. For the first half the ritual was carrying on impeccably with no interruptions. In the final moments of the ritual, the Bringer of the Sun is at its most vulnerable state. Nearly completing, we were ambushed by a powerful unknown force. Most of our priests and initiates were slain in an instant. Amidst the chaos, I laid eyes upon a power figure emitting an aura as powerful as the freezing winter itself. That’s when I knew who we were facing; The Vile Ice King and his legion of forgotten frost. The horrendous figure strikes down the Bringer of the sun in one fell swoop. Before losing consciousness, I see the entity taking something from the Bringer of the sun.

Somehow, I survived the chaos only to see the Bringer of the sun barely clinging to life. Desperate to save her dwindling life, I cast a spell to temporarily suspend her life force. Searching for any way to mend her wound, I go to the codex of the cult to find a solution. While reading a scripture, I realized that there is a way to save her. Five ingredients must be mixed together to concoct a special poultice that will revive her, because a higher being cannot be healed from conventional ways. There is but one critical problem, only one of each ingredient in the world exists. Also, only the four highest priests of the sun carry it on them at all times. Knowing this, I set out to seek their aid, only to find out they were captured by the Vile Ice King’s warlords.

This is a call of arms to the bravest of warriors in all the lands. I beg of you to set out and free the enslaved priests. If no one heeds my call, the world will be doomed to an everlasting fate of frost! Fine rewards are awaiting the heroes who answer the call!

Work together with other players to defeat each of the Vile Ice King’s warlords and bring spring back to Graal Kingdoms! The warlords’ fortresses will be set randomly around 4 of the islands. Be careful, this event will be set in Arena-style pvp mode, so prepare for a fierce struggle! Everyone will have a chance! Which player will be heroic enough to defeat the Vile Ice King? It’s up to you!

Time: Saturday March 3rd. between 0000-0300 Server Time. Events will last a couple hours. Subject to change!

Volunteers: I am looking for some volunteers for this event. I will need four players to be the Warlords. Your role will be to guard the captured NPC. Please do not sign up unless you know you can participate. Volunteers must be Battle Mode (For Last Battle) and will be required to leave their current kingdom temporarily.

Kingdom Leaders: We will need participation of all current Kings to change the status of their island into Battle Mode. A random area on each island will be chosen to make it the place of the fortress.

The main prize will be the Sun Shield. Everyone that volunteers as a Warlord will receive some ECs. Others will be awarded to players throughout the event as well.
