Regarding Classic iPhone
 

Ok well here is the deal.
About five months back I brought a Dinosaur morph for 40k.
That was really fun because not a lot of people had it, so it felt unique.
Then about two months later they re sold it for 30k, this annoyed me a little bit.
But now today I login and what do you know.. they are re selling it for 10k.
I really hate the fact that Classic iPhone re sell items over and over.
Does anyone else feel the same way about it?

From what I know is that we didn't change the prices, it was already available at Nexus in November for the same price.

Good things come to those who wait.you paid the high price to get the item early. Think of it as a video game our any other product. Prices always go down after demand goes down.

Can´t tell the exact price but I also do remember it more expensive. Same count´s for the "Xor-Mask´s". Like the red one was 32k Gralats where people spent about 10$ on it or farmed like crazy to get it while it is now just about 30 cents.
I don´t want to name any names but I do know a lot of staffs which are also mad about that. For iClassic it has already been a drama when it was released again about 2 months ago but reselling them that cheap is just crazy.

Yes I did not buy them back in the old times and that´s why I should actually be happy about that, but I think it´s just unfair for the older players.

What they are doing makes economical sense. You however, just bought into the propaganda at the time not looking into the future (you knowing that they already resell items). So you could have predicted this to happen if you weren't an impulse buyer like many people around the world are. It their goal to make you want to buy things immediately, because they realize as time increases your consumer satisfaction decreases. I guess it is you decision to choose whether price is more important to you, or being one of the first people to have it is. It's a business not your friend, so stop treating it that way.

It is not logical to compare real life with an online world in this way. In reality retailers want to get rid of their excess stock, mainly to free up space but sometimes to cut losses where a product sale has been unsuccessful.
In a virtual environment without a finite + physical amount of item stock, there is no such thing as storage space, and no requirement to cut losses on unsuccessful items.

There is also the fact that when people buy a video game, it is not because it's a rarity and they want to show it off to people who don't have it, it is because they want to play and experience it. When it comes to hats in an online game however, reselling for a cheaper price is a discouragement to those who did purchase an item for its rarity to continue doing so in future.

At that time things weren´t resold that often (in case things were already resold, can´t remember).

They have started re selling items which really makes me sad.
Same thing goes for staff really
If a staff member makes a head and then quits they think "Profit!" and then sell the ex staff members head.
I think the staff should make more original items and sell them, instead of selling rare items over and over.

Head´s and bodies have been last sold when the Personal uploads came out. It´s a pretty long time though. Also making a poll about that on here is probably no good idea since there are some iClassic trolls/haters out there.
