Not Responding

When i try to use the v5 installer it says Not Responding (Windows error)
v6 works
but v6 client sucks and is too laggy to play on.
V5 worked for me before
tried to open graal one day got the error.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and then the installer started giving me the same error. so i tried v6 and its too laggy to play on. (Fps wise)

What ive tried:
Reinstalling
Virus scan (Completely clean)
Malware scan (Completely clean)
Completely removing all elements of graal on my pc and then reinstalling

None of these have worked, im not reformating as i no longer have my windows disk. What do?

Put the installer in a folder and rename it to Graal.

Done
inside theres a txt file which says
Scanned install files.

and thats it.

(Same error)

V6 Suggestions:

1. Try using OpenGL mode in V6 and see if that helps your FPS problems.
2. Try reducing the size of Graal's window to 800 x 600.

Please give the specs of your computer as well. You can do this by running dxdiag by pressing [Windows Key] + [R] (or Start/Run if you're familiar) and putting dxdiag in the box.

Click "Save All Information" and attach the text file it saves in your post.

Also Download and Run HijackThis: http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/produc...HijackThis.exe

Click System scan and save a logfile.
Save the log file to your desktop and attach it here for us so we can see what kind of programs you have running in start-up.

Attach that log file to your next post as well.

Try updating your video cards driver:
http://www.geforce.com/Drivers/Results/38915

1. Download
2. Run and Install

Since you're on Vista try:

1. Disabling Aero
2. Updating to the Latest Service Pack 2 for Vista

none none of that worked

Check for a BIOS update for computer.

Also please provide the brand and model name of your computer.

Re-generate your dxdiag log for me so I can verify that you completed my suggestions above as well please.

Please be more descriptive as well "fps lag" doesn't help me very much at all. If possible record your computer using a camera/mobile phone and put it on YouTube so I can understand your problem better.
