Friday house auctions
 

This was supposed to be done by myself Wednesday, but I wasn't online to do it. Humblest apologies.


As such, I'll be doing them Friday at 5 PM Eastern (i believe this is 22:00 servertime), time willing.

There are currently 5 or so houses that are NPC-server owned. Ballparking it there.

If any players would also like to auction their houses, this might be possible during this time at the discretion of higher admins. I'll talk to them and get back to you

Should Zach and I become unable to attend on friday, understand that every other high-ranking admin is also fully capable of doing these.

how can we see houses?

Like we've been able to do in every other house auction tk?

houses owned by the NPC-server should be enterable by anyone c: so what we usually do is while it's being auctioned, put up a block you can grab that warps you into it.

yes! there are 2 rules regarding numbers of houses owned

1. you may own up to 2 houses (NR house, sewer house, apartments)
2. You may only own one apartment


some examples of acceptable scenarios would be

one nr house

one sewer house

one apartment

one NR, one sewer

one NR, one apartment

one sewer, one apartment

Two NR

two Sewer

actually that's all of them.
the only unacceptable combination is 2 Apartments

o.O there r 5 different houses and they're not all going to be auctioned at the same time so since u can only buy max 2 houses it would be nice to decide before-hand which ones ur interested to bid on? the appartments 2 r accessible, i dont see why the 2 nr houses arent..and idk which the 5th house is cuz i didnt find it

I would sell me scar for a bit over a million, then invest a million into a house...

but i wouldn't - cuz that would be silly, unless i stopped playing much.
