Forum bugged?
 

Hello everybody,

I am trying to change my Forum E-Mail and Password datas but it wont let me.
Following error:

The password you have entered does not match your current one. Please press the back button, enter the correct details and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!

The Problem is, I am logging in with the same PW I am entering there, so it CANT be wrong.

Does anybody have the same problem??

Your forum password is your Graal account password so it won't let you change it on here. You used to be able to to use a separate password for the forums, but that was a long time ago now.

So I cant even change my Email? Wont let me.

Gonna have to PM... someone. I don't know who, though. You used to be able to PM Ibonic but I don't think he does that anymore... Stefan or Unixmad I guess.

But my email in forums isnt my Email for my Account. So I need to PM them to change my email on the forums too ?

As for your password, I don't know how you can set it something you want but you can change it to something random using:
http://www.graalonline.com/accounts/lostpass

It see's to affect both your forum and in-game account, it might be worth a shot. I hope this helps.

No, you need to contact [email protected] and one of the members of the PWA will take care of it.

Wasn't aware PWA could handle account problems like that now.

Why do you need the email changed, want to use email reminders or so?

Why does this question even need to be asked? It's a joke that Graal still doesn't let you set your own password and makes it difficult to change your email address.

I keep getting 404 Incapsula pages all the time now, should get rid of it.

The question for me is more if the email in your forum account is actually used for anything. The login authentication is done by Graal and not the default forum stuff.

Somehow my [email protected] account got suspended. It says ask your Administrator for more information, no clear reason. So I wanted to change the email on the Forums....
I dont know who to ask about graal.net stuff, so maybe you could look into that.

I think the point is that your email on the forums has no purpose other than if you want to receive an email when you get a forum PM because everything is done through your game client.

Maybe I want to get an email when I get a PM :) Who knows ^^ Still it should be able to change pw and email easily...
