Text messages
 
After Buying a Gelat code VIA sms, I have received 30 messages and counting on my phone saying "To get your AlloPass code reply with Y" and after sending 18 messages saying STOP they sent 22 messages and counting saying "M-paiement: You will no longer receive messages from us again." I don't know what to do to fix this. I want this stopped because its wasteing my time and money. !pissed! :noob:

If this is an issue with the SMS reply system for Allopass, and it sounds that way, GraalOnline can't do anything about it. Contact the Allopass company.

ouch, if those are all premium texts you're looking at a hundred dollar phone bill in just those messages.

I had a issue kind of like yours a while ago. I had to send a (free) txt to my carrier with the company's number, along with a code my carrier gave me. It blocked the company from my phone and they actually refunded all the money that was taken from my phone. Just call your provider. They should help, if not , get a better one

I have never liked the idea of paying for things via sms. Shame on phone companies. It basically gives any kid the ability to **** mommy and daddy over, either knowingly, or unknowingly.
