Weapon Prepping; Ownership
 

Since we've been hurled into a state of ludicrous prices on IWD's (The main scroll used on prepped weapons otherwise, only) I propose that a new feature be introduced, one that allows the named owner of the prepped weapon to be changed.

This would probably require a scroll and work in a similar manner to how one would normally prep a weapon. However, the scroll would be rare and/or costly.

Another thought is that this process would have riskier alternatives that can have the side effect of downgrading the prep by maximum slots (removing x number of previous enhancements), increasing the weapons weight, doing absolutely nothing or in the worst case scenario, cleaning the weapon.

The new scrolls would be titled similarly to these:

Scroll of Re-Preparing (Pure Grade) 100% success rate, ownership is changed, no changes will occur to the weapon stats.

Scroll of Re-Preparing (High Grade) 70-100% success rate, ownership is changed, stats change based on chance. Also carries 1% chance to fail, and a separate 1% chance to clean the weapon

Scroll of Re-Preparing (Common Grade) 60-90% success rate, same as high grade except 2.5% chance to fail/clean

Just might make it financially viable to trade a weapon that has already been prepped with 15+ IWD's.
