Graal Editor Violation Error

I've tried to un/re-install and still doesn't work. I've also attempted to delete my FILENAMECACHE.TXT but I keep getting this error message, any help please?

Try creating a new Graal folder. (This crashing seems to be quite the trend for you iEra workers)

I created a new directory and unfortunately that did not work either.
