Illegal data from connection
Every once in a while while idling or away from my game my computer will either go into hibernation, sleep or screensaver modes and when i unlock my computer I am disconnected with the error message: "The server got illegal data from your connection". I'm puzzled as to why this happens. Anyone else ever get this?
|
Well usually when your computer goes into hibernation, sleep or screensaver modes that require a password to wake it up, it severs connection to the internet, so this would cause your disconnection. As for the message Graal sends you is another story that I am not sure why that specific message shoes when this happens.

I got this once and I played the waiting game and after a few hours won
|
I got this whenever I tried to put a baddy in a level via a script on a timeout.

So I am also now getting this randomly no matter what server I am on, not just when my computer sleeps.
Does anyone have any info on why? |

Try visiting the graal shop and reinstall the .exe. Most of the time this only happens to me when my PC goes into sleep and breaks the connection. But This also happened to me before when I Accidently blocked the graal client with my firewall, sometimes when that **** just comes up I click what ever. If re-installing the exe if that doesn't work, try to temporarily disable your firewall. |
I'm using the V6 client. Ive tried reinstalling yet it still happens randomly.
Looking to get input from globals and possibly Stefan since he thinks that i'm hacking somehow. |
try monitoring what processes are running at the time of the error. I know Graal does monitor applications and disconnects with that error if it catches something, even false positives. I remember it would close Graal if you opened up notepad and saved 'trainer' or 'hack' in the title.
