Can't login to iphone/facebook server

For some reason I suddenly can't login to classic iphone 1 or 2 from facebook or my iphone, it worked fine a couple hours ago. It does not say I am banned. I can log onto pc graal/other games just fine, but I can't log into the mobile servers.

Graal statistics shows 1400+ online so I know there aren't any problems, and I know I am not banned because it doesn't say so, on iphone it just says I can't connect and on facebook the loading bar just gets stuck. I tried making a new facebook account as it may be an account issue but I still don't have any luck.

Can someone help please? anyone else have this problem?

When you try loading on the iPhone, does it just crash or do you get an alert like "please check your connection"?

I get that pretty often. Sometimes just loading the app again fixes it. Sometimes I need to restart my wifi. Sometimes nothing works and I just have to wait till it decides to load. Redownloading the app should fix it, but I've never done it for this error.

You are probably IP Banned.

On PC/native clients it gives you a disconnected message right away, it must be handled differently on iOS/Facebook.

On the iPhone servers it will tell you specifically that you've been banned. This is just another error that will probably never get fixed.

IP bans and account bans are treated by separate systems, thus most likely giving you different errors.

The iPhone server doesn't use the regular ban system that the rest of Graal uses. Like I said, I've received that error before and I wasn't banned.

I'm pretty sure it does.

The regular ban system uses a blue box thing to alert you that you've been banned doesn't it? Classic iPhone uses a green screen.

You can't say that it uses a different system when you're only talking about the front end.

You're right, maybe it just seems different. But can the regular system ban for hours instead of days?

I´m sure they never banned for hours. That was the jail thing (but like some people say it´s removed).
The shortest bann was always 3 days.

They have removed jail. I know people who got banned for hours, not days.
