Client not loading
 

Recently I have not been able to get my v6 client to open, now I cannot get v5 to open as well. I tried re-installing both without any luck. How can I fix this?

And now GraalSetup.exe will not load.

Try disabling conflicting programs such as your Anti-Virus, and try scanning for Malware.

My anti-virus has been running for a while and have never had problems before, and it just ran a scan last night for my computer being infected and nothing showed up and I have Graal set up in the settings as not a virus since it was thought to be one before.

Try using (or disabling) compatibility mode for Graal.

Also try putting Graal.exe into a different folder, also list what you've tried to get it work.

Check Task Manager's processes for Graal and see if it's doing anything.

Thanks I got it. Had to change the compatibility over to Windows XP (SP2) to get it to launch. However I still cannot get v6 to launch, v5 would show up in the processes in the task manager but v6 will not.

Downloaded v6 again and it's working fine now, thanks fowplay for your help.

fowlplay4 is never allowed to leave Graal as he is our primary source of troubleshooting at this point. If he tries to leave I expect the person closest to him to tackle him, tie him to his desk and force him to stay.

This was my version of repping since I can't rep him again yet :D

Well if you break his legs you can prevent him from leaving.
