It looks more like a wooden sign than a bench.

Why didn't you use an actual bench for a reference?

You need to give it some perspective, right now it looks flat and thus turns into a wooden sign.

that's funny I used the era bench as a reference and I never thought it looked like a sign :/
oh well I guess dusty kinda fixed it

I'd also get rid of that really noisy shadow dither personally, it's a bit distracting.
