I haven't seen any of you in forever. Don't know how many of my old friends and acquaintances are still with Graal but for those who are:

I was rummaging through some old hard drives laying around and I found a bunch of back-ups of various servers, namely Maloria. Oh the nostalgia that was brought up when I saw all of these files.

So, what's new guys?

Wow. A lot of my favorite people responded! This makes me really happy.

Yeah, I've moved away from Graal sadly but the good news is, I'm still in the game development business. Right now I'm working with a bunch of friends on this strategy game that we're writing in Java. I can't give the details though :P

Oh and what's the deal with Maloria now?

Nobody knows how it became Classic with the state it was in, then died very very shortly after.

Me and Mallad (DrakilorP2P) worked on it for a year and a half, barely got it to Classic, then we both quit Graal simply because the development time had burnt us out completely and we didn't find Graal "fun" anymore.

I came back a week ago, and what do you know, it wasn't Classic anymore!

No tendencies to make it Classic again either?

I really wanted to see Atexia finished. Keith and I spent like 90 hours building random stuff on there and it might have been the most fun I've ever had, Convert it to Java so I can play :(

I'm not going to deny that the thought has crossed my mind several times. I'm somewhat interested in it, but the server time has ran out and I'm not in a financial situation where I want to put money on games.

Hey, I've been learning Java for a little while now! Can't give details though.

Oh don't worry. That idea has always been my favorite and it will be a real game one day. That's not my current project though.

But yeah guys. Like I said I miss you all and we should keep in touch. I have aim! (thekeydesign)
