wouldnt it be nicer to be able to /t *account* instead of constantly pming them or talking to them in public because admins be lurking and people always so quick to jump into your conversation and onces u tell them off you get gagged.

What's the benefit compared to PMs?

It's much quicker, can be done without moving your hands from the keyboard and doesn't require you to switch focus away from the main window.
